New & Student Midwives: Improving recruitment & retention

ONLY ONE DAY TO GO! Tomorrow we will be creating a platform for new and student midwives from a range of contexts to share their personal motivations for entering the profession, the challenges they have faced within it, and their views on how perceptions of midwifery as a career path can be improved within their own country/community. By actively listening to the experiences and perspectives of those who are newest to the profession, we can better understand how to strengthen the workforce for the future. Through Q&A and interactive conversation, student midwives from around the world will have the opportunity to add their voices and share their experiences with our speakers.
